Delete your Sautéd account

Open Sautéd, tap your picture to open Profile, scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

• Your name, email and phone number
• Your office, floor and desk details
• Your food preferences, allergies and diet plan (goal, age, sex, height, weight)
• Your referral code and any unused Sautéd credit
• Your sign-in sessions on every device

Records of past orders and payments (dates, dishes, amounts and payment references) are kept without your name, phone number or desk, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Nothing in them identifies you. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same number as a new account.

Email we@saute.cloud from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and we’ll delete the account for you within 30 days.
