Common questions
- When do orders close?
- Each office has its own cutoff, shown on the home screen as a countdown. Orders placed before it are delivered the next working day.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the order in the app and tap Cancel. It's free until your office's cutoff for that day.
- When will I get my refund?
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
- Something was wrong with my lunch
- Email us the same day with your order number (it starts with KA) and a photo if you can. We’ll replace it, refund it or give you credit.
- I have a food allergy
- Allergen details are on every dish. If your allergy is severe, contact us before ordering so we can advise you.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app go to Profile → Delete account, or use our account deletion page.
